DeVoni Lent is a systems thinker and operational strategist with over two decades of experience in hospitality, events, and organizational design. As COO and Co-Founder of Van Lent Design, she specializes in helping small businesses and organizations build the internal structures that allow them to grow with clarity and intention.
DeVoni's approach starts with the right questions. By grounding her work in organizational values, she helps leadership teams clarify priorities, identify inefficiencies, and design processes that hold under stress and adapt to growth. Her operational support ranges from communication frameworks and internal templates to integrated systems and data infrastructure; practical tools that reflect where an organization has been and where it wants to go.
With deep roots in event management and hospitality, DeVoni also leads Van Lent Design's event services. She brings strategic planning discipline to the moments organizations want to connect, launch or celebrate success. She believes that a well-run event is an extension of a well-run organization, and she helps clients treat it that way.

Andrew Mead is a leadership coach, business development consultant, and Co-Founder of Van Lent Design. With a Master's in Cross-Cultural Communications and a career spanning organizational leadership, financial services, team facilitation, and transformational coaching, Andrew brings a rare combination of relational depth and strategic clarity to his work with entrepreneurs and small business leaders.
At Van Lent Design, Andrew leads our coaching practice — the starting point for everything the firm does. He believes that operational excellence begins with aligned leadership, and he works with founders and teams to surface their core values, strengthen their communication, and build the cultural foundation that opens new possibilities. His background in sales, marketing, training, and facilitation means he understands not only the human side of leadership, but also the systems that support it.
Andrew's mission is simple: to help leaders transform our experience of work.
